Tuition
The tuition fee for the 14 day program is $1000 per student. Some bursary assistance is available upon request at the time of application. Travel expenses are the responsibility of the student. Home stay can be arranged for out of town students for an additional $400. A non-refundable deposit of $300 should be paid within two weeks of acceptance to confirm participation. The balance of $700 per student is due July 1, 2010.

Application Process
Applicants must be between 13 & 22 years of age and be at a RCM Grade 10 level or above. Both individual performers and pre-formed ensembles are encouraged to apply. Students are required to perform two contrasting solo works. Auditions will be held at UBC School of Music on April 10th. Students who are unable to attend a live audition may mail their audition material by the deadline date.

Applicants should submit the following by April 1, 2010:
a) Outline of musical experience and education and why you are applying for the program.
b) A letter of recommendation from the candidate’s teacher.
c) Completed on-line application form or PDF application form.
d) a quality video recording (DVD strongly recommended), Youtube or other digital media. Auditions with just audio will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. A full refund minus the non-refundable deposit will be made until July 15, 2010. No refunds will be issued after this date.
